Cancellation Policy
I require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows will be charged 100%.

When you arrive, head towards The Restaurant @ Suffolk Food Hall (behind the main Food Hall building). Once inside, head towards the stairs that take you up into the restaurant and the clinic is directly on your left hand side. Look for GS osteopathy on the door.
Please be aware that there is an initial staircase, near to the entrance of The Restaurant building by the lift and toilets. Walk past these stairs and continue towards the staircase located towards the back of the building.

Go past the church on your left and before you reach the farm entrance you will see a sign for parking on the right (my white Peugeot van will be parked so you know you are in the right place).
Walk into the farm entrance and take the first left, following the signs for the studio. Go through Hope cottage gate and the studio is on your right. If the curtains are closed and the treatment in progress sign is on the door, then I am still with a client. Please either take a seat in the garden or if the weather is bad wait in your car and let me know you have arrived.
